Scholarship Criteria:
1) Graduate of a SD High School
2) Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
3) Pursuing a career in law enforcement
4) Letter of acceptance from a SD college, university or vocational school
5) Submit a short essay describing:
a. Their interest in law enforcement
b. What type of law enforcement career they intend to pursue
c. Any family history in law enforcement
