Ptak Scholarship - Local

The purpose of this Scholarship shall be to provide financial assistance to further the education of a deserving Senior High graduate of Menno High School of Menno, SD, and is made upon the following conditions:

1. The Senior will graduate with at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average or above.
2. The Senior is committed to pursuing some form of post-secondary education.
3. The Senior has exhibited diligence in academic endeavors.
4. The Senior shows leadership skills and good moral character.
5. The Senior was involved in at least one extra-curricular activity per year.
6. The Senior has earned the respect of fellow students, faculty and the community.
7. The Senior has had no infractions with coaches and administration.
8. The Senior will address the following two questions:
a. What has your participation in sports/extra-curricular activities at Menno High school meant to you?
b. How has your education at Menno High School prepared you for your future?
