Eligibility Requirements:
•You must have participated for at least three years as a player, coach, umpire, USA Softball of SD official, or in an official capacity of a USA Softball of SD sanctioned team or league.
•Applicants must be at least 19 years of age or younger.
•Applicants must attend either a College, University or Vocational Technical School.
